Busan Foreign School

The following list is the documents required for each child.

1. Student Information Form *
2. Previous School Attendance Form *
3. Power of Attorney/Waiver Form *
4. Withdrawal/Refund Policy Form *
5. Medical History Form *
6. Official school transcript(s) and a copy of last report card
7. Copy of the foreign passport for foreigners/copy of the Residency Card for foreign resident/certificate of overseas travel records for children who stayed overseas for more than 3 years.
8. Passport Sized Photo
9. Fee payment information and invoice
10. Immunization / Shot Record

* These forms can be downloaded from the school website and then mailed or faxed to Busan Foreign School.

Once these items have been received in our office, we will schedule an interview time and an entrance examination (MAP). After this process is completed, your child may attend regularly scheduled classes.
