Kelley Ridings Headmaster Dr. Ridings has 18 years of experience as an educator in both teaching and administration prior to joining BFS as headmaster. His work in education has taken him to schools in Mexico (Guadalajara, Jalisco) and the United States (New Mexico and Texas). He has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in educational administration from New Mexico State University (NMSU). From the same university, he holds a Master of Arts in history and a Bachelor of Science in secondary education with a major in social studies and a minor in English. Along with his experience in both public and private schools, Dr. Ridings has taught college level history for Western New Mexico University for 14 years. In addition to 9 years of high school teaching experience, Dr. Ridings has served as a principal at the high school and elementary schools level as has worked as a school district level administrator before joining BFS. |

Scott Jolly
Principal
Mr. Jolly received his Bachelor of Education degree from Malaspina University College in British Columbia, Canada. He also received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and History from the same institution. Prior to both of these degrees Mr. Jolly earned a Physical Education diploma. He holds a British Columbia Teachers’ Federation certificate and has taught in both Canada and Korea in the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Glenn Saunders Mr. Saunders earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York and also received a Master’s degree in Political Science from American University in Washington, DC. He is a certified high school Social Studies teacher in the state of Massachusetts and has over four years experience teaching Social Studies to grades 9-12. Mr. Saunders has also taught ESL in Korea for over a year and has experience teaching ESL to adult learners in the U.S.

Min Gyeong Lee Head Secretary Ms. Lee received a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Busan National University. Additionally, she completed her first aid and CPR certification through the Busan Medical Information Center. This is her fourth year working at Busan Foreign School. |

Jin Hee Lee Secretary Ms. Jin received a Bachelor degree in German from Dong-A University in Busan and has also studied at Munich University in Germany. She is fluent in German. This is her second year working at Busan Foreign School. |
