Faculty: Early Education
Kristine Boetto Ms. Boetto received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She also received her Bachelor of Education at the primary/junior level from the same University in the spring of 2009. Ms. Boetto also graduated with honors from the Early Childhood Education program at Seneca College in Toronto, Ontario in the spring of 2005. She has had a great deal of experience working with young children in a variety of educational settings including summer camps, daycares, school classrooms and special needs respite therapy programs. |
Meena Do Ms. Do received her Bachelor of Education in English education from GongJu National University of Education. She also received an Associate of Arts degree from the College of Southern Nevada. She has two years experience in the U.S., teaching both ELL and Math in private schools and four years teaching experience in South Korea teaching various subjects at the elementary level. |
Chayla Kendall Ms. Kendall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Alabama A&M University. She also received a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University. Ms. Kendall is a certified ESL instructor and has four years of teaching experience at the elementary level. |
Amber Newton Ms. Newton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto majoring in both Art History and English Literature. She has been teaching English in South Korea to students ranging in age from preschool to high school, for over three years in public and private institutions. Ms. Newton has previous teaching experiences in Toronto, where she volunteered as a tutor for the Metro Toronto Movement for Literacy, a program of Toronto Shelter, Housing, and Support. She is excited about teaching pre-kindergarten, and is looking forward to a great year. |
