PTA Mission Statement
Busan Foreign School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an organization dedicated to supporting and improving the education and well being of all students attending Busan Foreign School. In keeping with the school’s philosophy, we also seek to forge among parents, students, teaching and non-teaching staff, a unified and caring community within the school and outside community. We provide support for the students’ educational and recreational needs and promote communication between parents, students, teachers and administration.
PTA Objectives
To impact student achievement and their learning environment through effective programs.
To encourage participation from all parents, students, teachers and administration in the school community.
To work closely with the students, parents, teachers and administration to improve communications and help to promote a warm, safe and inviting atmosphere within the school.
To provide enriching activities outside the school curriculum so that students can broaden their experience and augment their classroom experience.
To provide social opportunities for students and families that foster school and community spirit.
